    Sim's Bar-B-Que is the best BBQ I've ever eaten! I always choose the John Barrow location in Little Rock, AR. Percy smokes the best ribs in town and any place else I've ever traveled! The staff has been there for quite some time, Tonya runs the register and all the to go orders for lunch which you can guarantee will be correct. It doesn't matter which of the sweet ladies that are super gracious for table service, YOU WILL GET SUPER SERVICE THAT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY! Go try anything here, can't go wrong!!!!     I enjoy sims food it's great. But there customer service is beyond terrible. I refuse to go in I make my husband go in. That same lady that is always there needs to work on her customer service skills. I never meet some one so rude in my life. Ever time I see her in there I want to throw up.

    Best barbecue in Arkansas. Their sauce is unlike any other and you might want to get some extra sauce with extra bread just for sopping it up when you've finished the barbecue. Highly recommended!

    Giving one star for poor customer service. My Husband was given the wrong order. We live 20 mins away from this location and try to support black owned business. My Husband returned with the order to get the right one only to be treated as if it was his fault he got the wrong order. Not an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. The older lady said here and "didn't you look at the receipt." He had every right to ask questions about his total especially after he was given someone else's food. We had ordered food for family events as well as company events from this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    The WORST place to get bbq from. He meat was too sour, the bbq was too sour, the Cole slaw was too salty and they poured a whole pool of water on my buns they were the exact definition of soggy! The women has a HORRID attitude and give HORRENDOUS customer service. Definitely not the place to be at and I will make sure to tell EVERYONE not to go here. The WORST food and the WORST people.
